Knights HC Coaching Requirements — 2026–27

There are two sets of coaching requirements, and the deadlines are different for each:

  1. Knights Hockey Club requirements must be completed before a coach participates on the ice or is added to an official roster.
  2. Hockey Canada and Hockey Alberta requirements must be completed by November 15, 2026.

Returning coaches should review their Hockey Canada Registry record for expired or outstanding qualifications.

KHC encourages Assistant Coaches to obtain the same division-specific qualifications as the Head Coach. This helps keep the team properly certified when the Head Coach is unavailable because of illness, suspension or other circumstances.
